A chef who brews pretty awesome kombucha.
I believe great kombucha starts with simple ingredients, delicious flavours, and patience. That's what Bouchas is all about.
I first started brewing kombucha because it gave me something to do, but I quickly fell in love with the craft behind it. What began as a small kitchen experiment soon turned into an obsession—and eventually, Bouchas.
Every bottle is brewed with care, creativity, and most importantly, great flavour. Made to impress you, and keep you coming back for more.
